The inventor of the concept of using revenue participation as a means of creating capital is Arthur Lipper, the internationally recognized financier, author and lecturer. Mr. Lipper has been a member of the New York Stock Exchange, as well as many other stock and commodity futures exchanges. He has been an advisor to both stock and commodity future exchanges, as well as being the Chairman of two New York Stock Exchange member firms. He has been responsible for a number of innovations in the investment industry, as well as the investment company performance measurement service business. Mr. Lipper has also served as the Editor-In-Chief and Publisher of “Venture, The magazine for entrepreneurs and business owners” and, as a result, gained insights as to the needs of privately owned, growth oriented, companies. He has authored five books relating to the financing of privately owned companies.
